To install TWC4 Career Edition:
1.) Download TWC4_Career.zip.
2.) Extract the TWC4_Career.zip to any directory.
You don't need to overwrite ANY files - everything is bundled and ready to go in a TWC4_Career folder.
3.) Run TWC4.exe and enjoy.

To install TWC4 Management Edition:
1.) You'll need to install TWC4 Career Edition first. (See above for details.)
2.) Make a copy of the TWC4_Career folder.
3.) Extract TWC4_Manage.zip directly to the copied folder, overwriting everything.
4.) Run TWC4.exe and enjoy.
(Note: - you dont need to perform this step with the main download, this instruction is retained only for the mirror download)
