Vanilla TWC4 is built on Wrestling MPire 2008, it will not run well on modern day O/S like Windows 10
To run the game at full speed we recommend the following
Memory Patching
Download this 4GB Patching Tool https://ntcore.com/?page_id=371
This very little tool patches x86 executables in order to let them have 4GB (instead of only 2) of virtual memory on x64 platforms.
Run the game through DXWnd
1. Download the programme here https://sourceforge.net/projects/dxwnd/ (https://sourceforge.net/projects/dxwnd/)
2. Install and open the programme
3. click Edit then Add
4. in the popup that opens up navigate to the 3 text boxes in the upper left side (name, path & Launch)
5. give the programme a name so it appears in your list
6. in the path box click the dotted button at the side and navigate to your TWC4.exe
7. do the same in the launch box
8. choose your options below (run in window ect) then click the button labelled Try
9. if the programme runs fine close it, then click ok
10. you may now pick game to run from the list like an emulator
